At Beast Brew, we take pride in delivering premium herbal and specialty coffee. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy below.
1. Returns
Because our products are perishable, we accept returns only under these conditions:
- You received wrong or damaged items in your order.
- The product was delivered past its expiry date.
- The item arrived with defective or compromised packaging.
Important: Products must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for a return. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
- Non-refundable items: Opened or used coffee products, and items bought during special promotions or clearance unless otherwise specified.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of placing the order and only if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact our support team immediately at support@beastbrew.in or call [INSERT PHONE NUMBER].
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Email the photos along with your order number to support@beastbrew.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong product), the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise agreed.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Email founder@beastbrew.in with your order number, product details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back following the return instructions provided.
