Refund & Returns Policy — Beast Brew

At Beast Brew, we take pride in delivering premium herbal and specialty coffee. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy below.

1. Returns

Because our products are perishable, we accept returns only under these conditions:

  • You received wrong or damaged items in your order.
  • The product was delivered past its expiry date.
  • The item arrived with defective or compromised packaging.

Important: Products must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for a return. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
  • Non-refundable items: Opened or used coffee products, and items bought during special promotions or clearance unless otherwise specified.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of placing the order and only if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact our support team immediately at support@beastbrew.in or call [INSERT PHONE NUMBER].

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
  2. Email the photos along with your order number to support@beastbrew.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong product), the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise agreed.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email founder@beastbrew.in with your order number, product details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back following the return instructions provided.
