Refund & Return Policy

At BeastBrew, we're committed to delivering premium-quality flavoured instant coffee. Since our products are consumable food items, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged or leaking product

  • A wrong product

  • A missing item from your order

  • A tampered package

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@beastbrew.in.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Replacements & Refunds

After reviewing your request, BeastBrew may provide one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • Product replacement

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit

All requests are reviewed individually by our support team.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used coffee products

  • Products returned due to personal taste preference

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Products delivered successfully without any damage

  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Payment & Refund Processing

BeastBrew currently accepts prepaid online payments only.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
