At BeastBrew, we work hard to deliver your favourite coffee as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is carefully packed and shipped through trusted delivery partners to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During product launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–9 business days

Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible orders, as displayed on our website.
  • If applicable, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your package until delivery.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays or festivals
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct while placing your order.

BeastBrew cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
